Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after processing. Occasionally, during busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship: We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Delays: While we work hard to deliver on time, delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@spotlessahome.com and we'll chase it for you.
