We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives.

Returns To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@spotlessahome.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
